Vinification and aging
Retrieved from ripe grapes harvested and subjected to pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and is on the lees for a period of six months. Segue un affinamento di alcuni mesi in bottiglia. Is then aged for several months in bottle.
Color
Bright, clear golden straw yellow with slight green reflections.
Perfume
Wide, with hints of exotic fruits and flowers of broom.
Flavor
Rich, balanced with delicate notes of sweet almond.
